As the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) open application seasons comes to a close tonight, Charge d’Affaires Shukan congratulated USAID/LEAD Diaspora Challenge Initiative winning entrepreneurs and encouraged them to continue to engage and mentor Haiti’s rising young entrepreneurs.
