Security Strike at Port au Prince International Airport, March 15, 2017

The U.S. Embassy informs U.S. Citizens that there is an on-going strike by security and screening employees at the Port au Prince International Airport.  Passengers currently cannot pass through security and board their planes.  All U.S. Citizens are advised to use caution if they are at the airport and to contact their airline before departing for the airport.  Currently we have no information on a timeframe for resolution.
