Rocks thrown on 15 Octobre Blvd, today, November 30, 2016
The Embassy has received reports of rocks thrown on 15 Oct. Blvd near the OAVCT offices. All U.S. Citizens are advised to use caution in the area.
Please keep in mind that demonstrations in Haiti, even peaceful ones, can escalate quickly and even turn violent, so the Embassy urges all U.S. citizens to remain vigilant and be aware of their surroundings. Should you find yourself among or near protesters, depart the area immediately.
