Events: A group of young men on foot and motorbikes have set up a barricade and are blocking traffic with a heavy metal chain on Canape Vert road near the entrance of Karibe hotel.
Actions to take:
- Avoid the area;
- Avoid demonstrations and any large gatherings of people;
- Do not attempt to drive through roadblocks; and
- If you encounter a roadblock, turn around and get to a safe area.
