Events:
- There is debris (rocks and remnants of burned tires) in various sections of Blvd 15 Octobre, Carradeux, and Torcel, but no reports of active barricades or burning tires at the time of this alert.
- Shooting and barricades have been reported on Avenue Pan American.
- HNP is present and actively clearing barricades and responding to shootings as the reports come in. Public transportation is still mostly non-existant.
- The security situation remains fluid and unpredictable.

- Avoid the areas.
- Do not attempt to drive through protests or roadblocks.
