Events: Reports of roadblocks, protests, and gunfire in the aforementioned areas.
The security situation remains fluid and roadblocks/protests continue to be established with little to no warning. Haitian National Police is handling situations as they arise, however, the public transportation system continues to operate below normal levels.
Actions to Take:
- Avoid the area
- Avoid demonstrations and any large gatherings of people;
- Do not attempt to drive through roadblocks; and
- If you encounter a roadblock, turn around and get to a safe area.
