-Delmas 83 in fromt of the Ministry of Education Annex. Road blocks.

-Cite Soleil on Blvd des Americains (Rte 9). Road blocks in both directions.

-Champs-de-Mars near National Palace. Road blocks.

-Leogane on Rte. National #2. Burning barricades and demonstrators throwing stones at passing motorists.

Avoid all areas.
