Location: Viaduct through Delmas
Events: Reports that members of the Haitian National Police who are calling for the creation of a union are marching from the Viaduct through Delmas and shooting in the air.
Actions to take:
- Avoid the area;
- Avoid demonstrations and any large gatherings of people;
- Do not attempt to drive through roadblocks; and
- If you encounter a roadblock, turn around and get to a safe area.
