Location: Port-au-Prince
Events: Reports of burning tires and roadblocks being erected on Ave. Toussaint Louverture near Carrefour Fleurio, between “CK Hardware” and the “Centre Commercial Moderne de Tabarre.”
Actions to take:
- Avoid the area;
- Avoid demonstrations and any large gatherings;
- Do not attempt to drive through roadblocks, and
- If you encounter a roadblock, turn around and get to a safe area.
