We are excited to be able to share some of our Public Diplomacy programs and scholarships during International Education Week.
A diverse group made up of high school and university students, parents and staff braved the rain to come to FOKAL to learn, listen and ask question during a very informative two hour presentation. We shared information on: EducationUSA-a free 5 step advising program offered by the department of States for students ready to pay for their studies and the multiple scholarship opportunities, UGRAD- Global Undergraduate Exchange Program, Study of the U.S. Institutes for Scholars and Secondary Educators, Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement Programs, Fulbright Student Program, Fulbright Faculty Development Program, and Hubert Humphrey Fellowship Program, all available for Haitian students sponsored by the American Embassy.
